The following things that need to be taken care of before football starts on 7-31-17: Please fill out and sign the concussion and cardiac arrest form which is available under the forms tab of the athletic website. SJHS Baseball honored

The Saint Joseph High School baseball team was honored by the South Bend Common Council with a resolution congratulating the team on winning the IHSAA 3A State Championship.  They are pictured with Mayor Pete Buttigieg following the recognition ceremony.

Student-Athlete Leadership Conference

Saint Joseph High School had 12 student-athletes attend the annual IHSAA Leadership Conference in Indianapolis in June.  The students participating included Dominic Appleton, Thomas Pries, Ike Herendeen, Michael Anthony, Saul Garcia, Riley Fraleigh, Addison Quinn, Grace Quinn, Eden Dolezal, Hannah Goerke, Lydia Schaeffer, and Maddie Yergler.

Football Camp Scrimmage

Attention parents and all football alumni, The football team will be hosting three schools today at 5:30 for controlled scrimmages with helmet and shoulder pads at Father Bly Field. Good Luck to Matthew Cysewski at Junior/ Cadet Nationals

Matthew Cysewski placed 3rd in the state in wrestling qualifying him for the Indiana National team allowing him to compete at Junior/ Cadet Nationals in Fargo North Dakota July 14-22. Along with his individual success his team, the South Bend Wrestling Club placed 1st in state in the small team division. Good luck Matthew!

Saint Joe runners went 1-2-3 in weekend race

Three representatives of the Saint Joseph High School Cross Country team placed 1st, 2nd, and 3rd at the Chemical Bank 10,000 M Road Race in St. Joseph, Michigan. Junior Bill Powers took 1st, coach (teacher and alum) Mike McCarthy took 2nd, and senior Saul Garcia took 3rd in very fast times for the 6.2-mile race.
