The Indians could not overcome a rough 1st quarter in the last regular season home game. The Culver Academy Eagles scored on two runs over 40 yards to open the game. In the second quarter, the only scoring threat came when Culver missed a 25 yard field goal. Culver then had another long run in the 3rd quarter with another 40 yard run. In the 4th quarter, Culver ran a 60 yard touchdown, but the extra point was blocked.
St. Joe showed some offense after that when Asante Anglin found the corner and ran 67 yards to paydirt. Jacob Deahl kicked the extra point. The Indians defense got the ball back quickly when Walter Wesson intercepted a tipped Culver pass. Offense got the ball back downfield as Matt Eck hit Walter Wesson on a 36 yard touchdown. Deahl again split the uprights. The onside kick was recovered by Walter Wesson with under a minute. The hopeful drive, however, ended with a turnover inside the Culver 5.
