SJ Baseball Team Receives Championship Rings

The Saint Joe High School baseball team received their state championship rings on Friday, September 29th.  All members if the baseball program were invited to join the celebration and were recognized between the 3rd and 4th quarters of the football game. Congratulations.  GO INDIANS!

SJHS Baseball honored

The Saint Joseph High School baseball team was honored by the South Bend Common Council with a resolution congratulating the team on winning the IHSAA 3A State Championship.  They are pictured with Mayor Pete Buttigieg following the recognition ceremony.

Student-Athlete Leadership Conference

Saint Joseph High School had 12 student-athletes attend the annual IHSAA Leadership Conference in Indianapolis in June.  The students participating included Dominic Appleton, Thomas Pries, Ike Herendeen, Michael Anthony, Saul Garcia, Riley Fraleigh, Addison Quinn, Grace Quinn, Eden Dolezal, Hannah Goerke, Lydia Schaeffer, and Maddie Yergler.

Gumpf wins South Bend Tribune Indiana Boys Coach of the Year

Congratulations to baseball head coach John Gumpf on winning the Indiana Coach of the Year honor presented by the South Bend Tribune. Gumpf led his team to a 25-4 record and a IHSAA Class 3A State Championship. The state championship was the first in program history. He earns this honor with Marian High School coach

The Saint Joe baseball team is the 3A state champion! The Tribe beat Jasper, 4-0!!! Help us welcome back the Indians Baseball State Champs on Monday, June 19, 2017, at noon in the main gymnasium!

Indians are headed to the State Finals

The Saint Joseph High School baseball team is headed to the IHSAA Class 3A State Finals for the first time in school history. The Indians (24-4) defeated Northwood 8-5 to capture the Class 3A northern Semi-State title on Saturday. With the win, the Indians will advance to play Jasper (31-4) at Victory Field in Indianapolis

Baseball Moves on to Semi-State

The Indians advance to the IHSAA Class 3A semi-state, with a 9-7 win against John Glenn on Saturday. The win moves Saint Joe to 23-4 on the season. They will face Northwood on June 10th for a chance to advance to the State Finals in Indianapolis. It took 9 innings for the Indians to secure
