Reminder to all St. Joe High School athletes and feeder school students that summer speed training session #3 will take place Thursday June 27th from 7-8 PM at the track. There is no substitute for speed in sports and speed is only gained through sprinting. The emphasis in the summer sessions is on speed drills
All Saint Joseph High School athletes, as well as feeder school athletes, are invited to attend free weekly speed training sessions on Thursday nights at the high school track. Speed applies to ALL SPORTS and is only developed doing true speed work, not in game or practice situations. Format will be: 1.Dynamic warmup drills 2.

The boys track & field team had excellent performances at Thursday’s IHSAA Regional. Advancing to the State Finals was the Regional Runnerup 4 x 400 M Relay team of John Driscoll, Sean Gibson, Pat Driscoll, and Jacob Moon in a season best time of 3:24.3. This is the 4th time in 5 years the St.
Junior John Driscoll set a new School Record in the 200 M Dash at the IHSAA Sectional. John’s winning time of 22.14 seconds broke the 2016 record of Courtney Rowell II and is the second Indian Track & Field record to be broken this season joining Senior Hannah Lindenman whose 123′ 11″ Discus throw bested
4 x 4 NIC Champs The boys track and field team claimed two Sectional Champions at Thursday’s IHSAA Sectional at Penn High School. Additionally, the Indians advanced in six total events to next week’s Regional Championship.
