Track & Field Award Winners

The 2019 track & field awards banquet was held Wednesday and the following student-athletes earned special recognition: Most Improved: Amelia Kempf and Sean Gibson Sprints MVP: Sarah Hiestand and Pat Driscoll Field Events MVP: Hannah Lindenman and Mark Hiestand Spirit of St. Joe Track: Ciera Carter Most Dedicated: Joe Deahl

Speed Training

Reminder to all St. Joe High School athletes and feeder school students that summer speed training session #3 will take place Thursday June 27th from 7-8 PM at the track. There is no substitute for speed in sports and speed is only gained through sprinting. The emphasis in the summer sessions is on speed drills

Summer Speed Training Sessions

All Saint Joseph High School athletes, as well as feeder school athletes, are invited to attend free weekly speed training sessions on Thursday nights at the high school track. Speed applies to ALL SPORTS and is only developed doing true speed work, not in game or practice situations. Format will be: 1.Dynamic warmup drills 2.

Girls Track vs. Goshen

The girls’ track team enjoyed a great start to the season in their opening meet at Goshen.  Hannah Lindenman broke the school record in the discus and individual event winners included Tatum White, Anna Petsche, Cymphanie Rowell, Zaniya Bolden, Bella Saratore and Jessica Brandt.

Girls and boys track and field banquet

The track and field banquet will be at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 20, 2017, in the Leep Family Dining Hall. No cost for athletes and $10 per family member to attend the dinner. RSVP’s and money should be turned in to the Athletic Department office no later than Tuesday, June 13, 2017.

Thirteen track & field student-athletes named Academic All-State

Saint Joseph High School is proud to announce thirteen track & field student-athletes were named Academic All-State. All are juniors or seniors who had a 3.5 GPA, a 1200 score on the SAT, and were varsity sectional team members.
